The IPL technical support team now have the ability to provide remote support. Using this small application, run from the web site, we can provide remote support.

To access this application please click on the 'Remote Support Application' button below. However, please note this support is only available to customers who have been directed by the support engineer to use it.

For our registered resellers we also have a facility to access our FTP Servers. To access our FTP Server please click on the 'FTP Server Access' button below.

VisualSuite V1 Technical Training

This training is only available to resellers who have purchased an in house demo kit.

Additional training will be scheduled for other resellers at a later date.

For resellers who have purchased a VisualSuite Demo Kit for in house use there will be no charge.

Day 1:                Start 10am finish 4pm.
Day 2:                Start 10am finish 4pm.

Times will be flexible depending on progress.

Target Group

Resellers who have purchased in house demo unit.

Prerequisite

HiPath 3000 Basic and Advanced Training.
Knowledge of LAN / WAN networking.
HiPath 3000 with HG1500 preloaded with V8.
Server to install OpenSuse Linux and VisualSuite.
Relevant software.

Software will be available from IPL’s FTP server. Login details to be provided on registration.
