This course is designed for Siemens Associates, Business Partners, and Customers with at least 6 months experience working with HiPath solutions and are starting to install and maintain more advanced solutions generally incorporating VoIP.

This course is aimed atTechnicians involved with the installation and maintenance of the HiPath OpenOffice UC systems

Prerequisites -        
Successful completion of HiPath 3000 V7 Basic.
Successful completion of HiPath 3000 V7 Advanced.                             
Excellent IT Skills is imperative
Laptop running Windows XP with 1 x Com Port if available.
