HiPath 3000 V7 Basic – 4 Days


This course is designed for Siemens Associates, Business Partners, and Customers with Siemens HiPath responsibilities.

This course provides the learner with the opportunity to practice installing and configuring the Siemens HiPath system release 7. In addition, the learner will have the opportunity to practice using each Siemens HiPath application in a hands-on environment.

Prerequisites -        
Prior telephony experience and a basic understanding of networking principals.
Laptop running Windows XP. 1 x Com Port if available

Upon completion of this course, the learner should be able to:
- Identify different hardware types and capacities
- Identify licensing requirements and implement licences
- Use the use the Manager application to customise a Siemens HiPath 3000
- Set up the Siemens HiPath system and software
- Operate Siemens HiPath using default configurations
- Configure Least Cost Routing

- Identify differences between Entry and Xpressions Compact Voicemail
- Customize EVM system to meet client needs
